ORDERING: Secure ordering is available through this website. The Changing Pad also accepts orders by mail. Currently, ordering by phone is not available. Orders are accepted from U.S., APO, Canadian and most international addresses. Some of our manufactures do not all overseas shipping so please contact us to confirm we can ship to your location. International orders must be paid for before the items are removed from inventory.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Custom orders or special orders must be paid for in advance before these items are ordered.(example: if an item is not in stock whether it be a certain size or color, I cannot order from my supplier until payment is made.)
PRIVACY: Be assured that any personal information gathered is only used to complete your order. It is never sold or revealed to other companies.
PAYMENTS: The Changing Pad prefers Instant Transfer, Credit Card Payments and Credit Card Payments via Authorize Net but will accept Paypal. Local customers can take advantage of paying by check or cash. By choosing LOCAL at check out, that means you will come by and pick up your purchase in person. We are located in the Flint, Mi. area. Payments via Paypal are expected within 48 hours of order. Orders are not shipped funds are cleared.
SHIPPING: Free shipping automatically applies to all USA orders over $125 (price of products before tax or shipping charges). The shipping charge is actual weight and will apply to each order under $125. Free shipping DOES NOT include insurance so be sure and protect your purchase through insurance. All in-stock items under 3 lbs. are mailed by USPS mail- either First Class Parcel or Priority Mail depending on the weight. Please ask before ordering if this is a concern. Purchasing insurance is optional but highly recommended as The Changing Pad is not responsible for uninsured items lost, or damaged in the mail.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping may be higher than the shipping charges shown at checkout due to different regulations in each county. International customers will receive a separate invoice with the additional shipping charge. Orders will not be shipped until shipping fees are paid. Please email me if you want to know the estimate of shipping charges before checking out.
Payment Instructions: Please be sure and select insurance if you qualify and want protection on your purchase. The Changing Pad will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipping. They will be packed with care but shipping insurance is recommended when offered. International First Class mail does NOT offer insurance. If you want protection please select International Priority Mail and purchase insurance.
Shipping is conducted every weekday except for federal holidays. All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours, and all special orders will be handled on a case by case basis. If an order or part of an order will be sent to you directly from the manufacturer, I will always send an email telling you the estimated time till shipping. Please provide an accurate email for this purpose.
If you choose to pay for International 1st class shipping, the PO does not offer isurance or tracking. Purchasing insurance is optional but highly recommended as The Changing Pad is not responsible for items shipped through 1st class parcel or uninsured items lost, or damaged in the mail.
ORDER TRACKING: Because I typically ship via USPS I am not able to offer tracking. However, most orders will come with delivery confirmation and you will automatically get an email when the postage for your order has been printed with your confirmation number. Special orders may not have a confirmation number if they are shipped to you from another location, however you will be notified of the approximate shipping time your order.
RETURN POLICY: All Clearance Items are Final. No returns or exchanges. All items will be accepted for full refund or exchange within 30 days if UNOPENED and UNUSED. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product and if the product is OPENED AND/OR USED, please contact me so we can work out a solution. There may be a 10% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility and is also non-refundable. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount even if the orginal order received free or flat rate shipping.
Shipping back to The Changing Pad will be the responsibility of the customer in both cases. Damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis, but damage due to mail is not the responsibility of The Changing Pad if insurance for the item was not purchased. If the damage is due to a faulty product and is validated by the manufacture, shipping fees will glady be reimbursed.
In all instances, please contact The Changing Pad regarding all of your returns and concerns prior to returning the item. I will always try to work with you to reach an amicable solution. I want your on-line buying experience to be a positive one.
